Stephen Mangan BSc (Hons) Osteopathy, (GOsC, BOA, BMAS) GOsC Registration number: 11/7088/F Steve is a Registered Osteopath and member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA). He is also a BMAS trained Acupuncturist. Throughout his career he has continued to advance his knowledge by attending clinical and sports related courses. An active ‘all rounder’ and keen sportsman from an early age, Steve competes in many sports including Golf, Tennis and Football. He has used his knowledge of sport to assist members of the general public participating in recreational activities to stay healthy and injury free, as well as providing advice and treatment for those people in demanding jobs with occupational, emotional and postural stress related problems. Steve also provides pre and post natal musculoskeletal advice and specialises in the treatment of acute low back pain. Having a strong interest in scuba diving and with a close friend suffering jaw pain due to diving, Steve was encouraged to spend considerable time researching Temporomandibular Dysfunction (Jaw Dysfunction). He now advises and provides treatment for patients who suffer from this relatively common yet debilitating condition. |
